You will struggle to provide quality service for the customers, providing them with a less than excellent experience which could have negative impacts on your business and brand.
It is better to have a smaller group of loyal customers that you serve to the best of your ability. If you are not sure if you have the bandwidth for growth, start with examining your current customers; is there anything else you can you do for them?
